My advisory work these days is focused where I can add the most value, group facilitation, strategic advice, and helping organisations design and deliver work that genuinely changes practice rather than just ticking boxes.
How I Work
I don't arrive with a template and a fixed answer. I start by understanding your situation, your goals and your constraints, then work with you to find the approach that fits. I take on a small number of engagements at any one time, which means the ones I do take on get my full attention.
