Inspiring Excellence
Developing the people who change agriculture and people ready to change their lives.
I've spent over 30 years in Australian agriculture doing the work, designing programs, evaluating impact, facilitating farmer groups and developing leaders. I now work with two kinds of people: those who deliver change in agriculture, and those ready to build a life that reflects where they are now.

The Gap Life
For rural women at the crossroads, ready to rip up the script and build what comes next.
Sometimes life stops being yours. Through death, divorce, an empty nest, a farm or business changing hands, a career that no longer fits, or just the quiet feeling that you've gone a bit small and dim and can't quite remember what you were all about. The Gap Life is not therapy. It is practical, action-oriented, slightly stubborn work — moving forward one courageous, brave step at a time, drawing on your own strength in a way that builds you up rather than depletes you.
What the program covers:
- Grounding yourself in the physical and real
- Borrowing strength until you build your own
- Making things, even in the hard times
- Designing your next chapter
- Acting before you feel ready
