Business Development and Leadership Training
Inspiring Excellence partners with Cathy McGowan (Catherine McGowan Consulting) and Cheryl Graham (Farminganswers) to deliver a unique program of business and leadership development aimed specifically at rural and farming women. Delivered locally in a group environment, this program can be tailored to suit the needs of other audiences.
Past programs include:
- Developing Women’s Businesses (Beechworth 2009)
- VOICe for Organic Women (Daylesford 2010)
- Inspiring Farming Women (Yarrawonga 2010)

Participation in these programs costs between $1600 and $2000 per participant or can be subsidised using a number of government and community grants when available.

Business coaching and mentoring
For groups and individuals, mentoring and coaching offers the opportunity to re-evaluate goals, plan the next steps, overcome barriers and blocks, de-brief and re-motivate yourself to be your best.
Coaching and mentoring starts at $150 per hour for a one off-session or can be purchased in packs of 3, 6 or 10 sessions (pricing varies for multiple sessions).
Sometimes special discounts apply for coaching and mentoring. Check here to see if one is currently on offer.
Specials – For members of the Beechworth Squash and Fitness Centre, a specially developed Health and Fitness Motivational Coaching offer.

Facilitation and Training
From meeting and workshop facilitation and training through to large community, government and private events, Inspiring Excellence has a process to suit a variety of projects and gatherings.

Dr Kristy Howard has been delivering training for farmers since 1995 and is accredited to deliver BESTWOOL/BESTLAMB andBetter Beefin Victoria. Inspiring Excellence also partners with GOTAFE to deliver the latest cutting edge training for farmers in the beef and sheep grazing industries.

Project Development, Management, Research, Analysis and Evaluation
